Testing Solutions for Thermal Management Systems

The vehicle thermal management system consists of the engine cooling system, air conditioning system, battery system, and motor control system. Its primary function is to coordinate the matching, optimization, and control of related components and subsystems such as the engine, air conditioning, battery, and motor, with the aim of enhancing vehicle safety, comfort, energy efficiency, economy, and durability. Therefore, the performance of the thermal management system plays a crucial role in the overall performance of vehicles, especially electric vehicles. As a result, vehicle developers and suppliers need to conduct relevant thermal management tests to collect signals such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, airspeed, RPM, and bus signals, providing the raw data needed for the performance evaluation and R&D of the thermal management system.
