Before sending us your equipment, please call us first.

Please enclose the completed form with the device and send it to the postal address given there.

You will be provided with an RMA number.
Equipment sent to us without an RMA number cannot be processed and the time required for the servicing is unnecessarily increased due to extra office work.
Please do not send in equipment before receiving an RMA number.
