End-of-Service for Legacy Products

Products delivered in recent years are not affected by the discontinuation of services for selected imc measurement hardware and software. These products include the current model series, which represent the standard portfolio of imc Test & Measurement and are predominantly used today.
The discontinuation of our services (calibration, maintenance, repair, system testing, and upgrades) only affects older model series, modules, and special devices that were last sold and officially discontinued for new purchases at least five years ago, and mostly 10 years ago or longer.
For many years, imc Test & Measurement has been known for manufacturing a wide range of additional variants and special devices within its many standard product series. These are often produced in direct response to specific customer requests.
At certain points in time, long after the initial delivery, it becomes unavoidable to review repair and service options critically, and in some cases, discontinue them. This is due to technical circumstances and constraints beyond the control of imc Test & Measurement. Sometimes, components required for repairs are no longer available on the market, or the infrastructure and software requirements for calibrations can no longer be maintained.

We are working on providing more information here to help you. This will include the option to check the service support status using either the type designations (order code and item number, as shown in the list) or the individual serial numbers of the devices in your inventory.
