We are looking for an HR Administrator (m/f/d) as a parental leave replacement for our Berlin office.

Your Responsibilities:
- You will support our HR team in operational personnel management – from the moment our employees join the company to the moment they leave
- You will be the first point of contact for all personnel-related issues
- You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding, drawing up employment contracts, contract amendments and certificates
- You will be the point of contact for all questions relating to time management and will prepare a wide variety of HR reports and evaluations
- You will assist with preparatory payroll accounting
- You will create job advertisements, coordinate them in collaboration with our external agency and process incoming applications
- You will maintain employee master data and ensure structured documentation
- You will assist with cross-departmental projects and the continuous improvement of HR processes
Required Qualifications:
- As an HR generalist, you have completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or have a comparable qualification and have some initial professional experience in the HR field.
- Organisation and structure are among your strengths – even when dealing with several issues at once, you maintain an overview and work reliably.
- You enjoy working with people, are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
- You are open to new ideas, contribute your own ideas and want to actively help shape processes and workflows.
- You work independently, carefully and in a solution-oriented manner.
- Ideally, you are familiar with common MS Office applications and have experience with entering and maintaining master data and time recording.
- You have a solid basic knowledge of labour law and very good German and good English skills
