Your Responsibilities:
- You will handle administrative tasks responsibly and independently
- You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and following up on appointments and events
- You will assist with project coordination and ensure that deadlines are met
- You will maintain databases and create and maintain reports and data analyses
- (Electronic) filing of processes and documents, contract management
- Supporting the finance team with various commercial issues, travel expense reviews, and fleet management
- Supporting management with scheduling and travel expense reports
- In addition, you will assist with activities related to the creation of presentations and working documents
Required Qualifications:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Ability to work independently in a team (including in virtual/decentralised working structures)
- Efficient and independent working style and strong organisational skills
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with new areas of responsibility and work systems
- Fluent German and English skills and very good MS Office skills
- Confidence in using MS Office (Word, Teams and PowerPoint)
