As part of our support team in Berlin, you will support customers, sales and international partner companies with operating and application questions relating to imc's diverse product range.

After your induction, you can also work from home if you wish.

Your tasks:

  • Creating sample configurations for our measurement data acquisition and evaluation software
  • Testing, reproducing, and processing errors for our development department
  • Selecting and carrying out short functional tests of loaned devices for our customers and partners

Your profile:

  • Ability to explain complex relationships in a structured and simple way
  • Enjoy working with others to develop solutions to technical challenges
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering, physics, measurement technology or comparable specialist areas is desirable
  • IT skills in dealing with Windows clients and network technologies are desirable
  • Interest in physical correlations, measurement data acquisition and evaluation and ideally also in control and regulation technology
  • Basic experience in a programming language (e.g. Python or C#) is helpful but not essential
  • You have good German and English skills, which you are happy to use via e-mail and telephone
