As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for business development across the entire DACH region – with the exception of key accounts, which are managed by our Key Account Managers. You will work closely with the office staff and the Channel Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Development and implementation of a regional sales strategy for the DACH region
Support and expansion of existing customers (excluding key accounts)
Acquisition of new customers in the automotive, rail, aerospace and industrial sectors
Close cooperation with Inside Sales for lead qualification and offer tracking
Cooperation with the Channel Manager to manage distributors and partners
Responsibility for forecasts, pipeline management and reporting in Salesforce
Representation of imc at trade fairs, conferences and customer events
Degree in a technical or economic field
Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical solutions
Strong hunter/farmer mix: ability to acquire new customers and expand existing customer base
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Knowledge of BANT, SPIN selling and experience in channel business are an advantage
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
Very good German and English skills
