imc System Service Deadlines
The last shipping day in 2022 is December 23, 2022.
Please send your DAQ systems and devices that should undergo service in 2022 in time to Berlin and secure yourself the current service fees:
- Standard Service: Send your device to imc by November 28, 2022*.
- Express Service: Send your device to imc by December 15, 2022*.
* Please note:
The above dates are the latest dates your DAQ systems and devices, including your orders, should arrive in Berlin to ensure delivery by the end of the year. Of course, we will try to serve or deliver all products as soon as possible.
Between December 24, 2022, and January 1, 2023, imc will not accept any goods!
The first shipping date for equipment in the new year is January 2, 2023.

- From December 24, 2022, December 26, 2022 and from December 31, 2022 to January 1, 2023 the imc Technical Support Hotline will be closed.
- From December 27, 2022 to December 30, 2022, the imc Technical Support Hotline will have limited availability.
